This time last year, my Po-Po made an incredible trek to New York (a feat considering she was 98 years old) to observe - very critically - my interpretation of her Sichuanese cooking at a pop-up. I think she approved. Though she won't be with us this time, she'll be here in spirit, reminding me to "add more peppercorns."  Reserve your seat here.
